Fuel2Fly Clinic FAQs
What is the process regarding cancellations and refunds?
Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the clinic are eligible for a refund minus an administration fee of $10.00. Any cancellations within 7 days of the clinic must send a request in writing via email to Fuel2Fly. Refunds will be at the discretion of Fuel2Fly less a $10.00 administration fee. If you are able to find a replacement to fill your child’s place a registration form must be completed by the new participant and submitted to Fuel2Fly by the last business day prior to the clinic or it will not be accepted.
I don’t want my child to be photographed during Fuel2Fly is this possible?
Certainly. If you do not consent for your child to be photographed throughout the session please do not tick the ‘I DO consent to my child being photographed’ box when registering for your child. You can also notify the Fuel2Fly team via email prior to the clinic or on the day during registration if you change your mind.
What happens in the event of wet weather?
In the event of wet weather your Fuel2Fly workshop is likely to proceed. The workshop will only be cancelled if the conditions are deemed dangerous and no alternative indoor venue is available.
In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled, you will be notified by 7pm the night prior to the clinic via the email address listed on your registration form. All wet weather updates will also be provided on our website fuel2fly.com.au and the Fuel2Fly Facebook account (@fuel2fly). A full refund will be provided to all participants if a clinic is cancelled.
Are parents able to stay and watch?
Parents are free to stay and watch the clinic if they please. It is important to note that participants rotate through a variety of different stations throughout the clinic and as such don’t remain on one court/in the same location.
For those parents who drop off and pick up at the conclusion of the clinic, we ask for you to be at the venue 15 minutes prior to completion of the clinic and ensure that correct contact details be provided on the registration form in case we need to contact you.
Please note, following completion of the workshop, Fuel2Fly is no longer responsible nor liable to care for your child. Please make every effort to be on time for collection of your child.

Does my child need to bring a netball?
What should my child bring to Fuel2Fly?
What should my child wear to Fuel2Fly?
My child has registered and her friend is also attending the clinic- can they be in the same group?
Fuel2Fly encourages participants to socialist and interact with new people at each clinic, so large group requests, whilst accommodated, will still likely be separated for some activities during the clinic.
How are the groups allocated during the workshop?
My child is 8 turning 9 in this year after the scheduled Fuel2Fly Clinic we would like to attend. Are they still able to register?
My child is currently 14 but will turn 15 in this year, are they able to participate in Fuel2Fly?
Unfortunately not as age ranges are based on the age your child will turn in the calendar year.
In the event of low clinic numbers, the age range for workshops may be expanded to include older/younger children. This will be determined by the Fuel2Fly team prior to the clinic and advertised on the Fuel2Fly link on www.fuel2fly.com.au.
My child has never played netball- are they still able to attend Fuel2Fly?
YES! We are very passionate about exposing new children to our sport. Whilst Fuel2Fly has a small netball focus, the majority of activities in the workshop require no previous netball awareness/experience. During the netball components, the facilitators will aim to modify activities where necessary to enable all children to participate regardless of skill level.
Can we turn up to Fuel2Fly unregistered and pay on the day?
Unfortunately not. To enable our workshops to run smoothly and ensure participants have the best experience possible, walk-ins are not accepted on the day of the workshop. We encourage you to sign up early to avoid unnecessary disappointment.
What can I expect to learn from the clinic?
The clinic is designed to be a fun and interactive experience for participants. They can expect to gain an insight into general strength and conditioning, nutrition, leadership and goal setting as well as expanding their netball skills.
Is there anything I can do if I miss out on a place at the clinic?
Unfortunately it is first in best dressed policy. If a clinic is full and you would like your child/ren to be placed on a waiting list, please contact us via email at [email protected].
How will I know that my registration form and payment received?

You generally need to allow 24 hours for this email to arrive. Please ensure you check your junk e-mail folder for the confirmation email if it doesn’t arrive in your inbox.
